Role Summary
We are seeking an organized, welcoming School Secretary & Admin Assistant to manage our front office and administrative duties. You will represent the face of the school, welcoming parents, answering inquiries, handling official documentation, and supporting the school management in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet school visitors and parents warmly, addressing their inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and student registration inquiries.
- Prepare official letters, announcements, school certificates, and reports.
- Maintain and organize physical files and student digital databases accurately.
- Coordinate schedules, school calendar, and support administrative preparation for school events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service and communication skills.
