Role Summary
We are seeking a warm, creative Kindergarten Teacher to guide and support our youngest learners. You will build a nurturing classroom that stimulates cognitive development, social interaction, and early language skills through play and hands-on activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute fun, play-based lesson plans that cover phonics, basic numbers, and social skills.
- Monitor and assess each child's development, adjusting activities to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, colorful, and organized classroom atmosphere.
- Foster emotional growth and positive behavior management.
- Maintain close and supportive communication with parents regarding child development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Kindergarten, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Passion for working with toddlers and young children with a warm, patient temperament.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and creative teaching tools.
- Previous experience in bilingual kindergarten settings is highly valued.
