Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Language Teacher to join our educational team. The successful candidate will design and deliver interactive, engaging lessons that improve students' communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) in alignment with school curricula.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive English lessons.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Utilize modern educational technologies and smartboard tools to enhance learning.
- Encourage active student participation and a positive classroom environment.
- Communicate progress regularly with parents and participate in school events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Arts & Education, or equivalent.
- Native-like English fluency (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in language schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international educational standards and interactive learning.
